Hikashop add to cart finishes by a blank page

Hello,

Recently I have a problem with the Hikashop add to cart. The problem is that after adding a product to the cart, instead of seeing the popup windows I see the blank page. I have the same problem while I remove a product from the mini-cart.

Please turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" options of the Joomla configuration and try again. Do you get any error message at that point ? If so, which ones ?

Thanks for your reply, I tried with an enabled "error reporting" in a debug mode. I dont receive any error message.

Please check that the system plugin "HikaShop tax calculations override plugin" (custom_quantity_tax) is not published.
