Hi,
When customers has placed an order and logged in or registered as a new customer and verified payment option. Then clicked the send order button. I get an error message:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$tax_amount in /var/zpanel/hostdata/stigsbergsgard/public_html/stigsbergsgard_se/components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php on line 1560 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$tax_amount in /var/zpanel/hostdata/stigsbergsgard/public_html/stigsbergsgard_se/components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php on line 1564

In the backend of the Joomla site in HikaShop admin you see the order in the order listings.
But you don't get any order confirmation email and no order email is sent to the shop owner.
So we have a problem....
Anyone please give me some assistance to solve this strange problem.

Regards
Micke

Hi,

This notice is not a big deal, and should not cause issue for the emails.
Are the Joomla emails working fine ?

Could you give us the corresponding line of the notice message ?
You can add "@" before the php variable causing the issue.

HI,
Ok I will try to add the @ before the php variable, but why is it causing the problem on this site?
It is not a server issue?
The shop owner = my clilent sent me a coupke of emails asking me because they say some customers has complained that they couldn't proceed with their orders.
I have tried myself but no problems. And the shop owner also say they could place orders so maybe it's a user problem aka the well known "shit-behind-the-keyboard-isse" :)
Thanks for now!
/Micke
