Coupon doesn't discount order on checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.86 Safari/537.36

After I add a coupon to the order (purchase I am calm cd, and add coupon code cdfree) I am sent to my payment method and it still charges me the full amount of the order which should actually be 0 dollars.

Hi

I have the exact same problem.
It accepts the coupon code and shows the correct value, but after finishing the check-out cycle the coupon is forgotten.

Hi,

It seems that there is a problem with the coupon settings.
Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of the coupon ?
Can you make sure that your template is able to display error messages?

Hi,

Can you please both check that you have that patch in your HikaShop installation ?

You can check the file directly or you can read the full HikaShop version number in your HikaShop backend configuration (main > advanced settings). The full version number contains the build number (which is based on the date).

How do i see it i have the newest patch compared to what is released ?
Is there somewhere i can get a notification on new releases ?

Hi,

For the moment, our publication system does not allow to communicate easily on hot fixes.
But we have a new tool in development/tests which could change that.

Nevertheless, a new minor HikaShop release should be made this month ; it will include all patchs and some new features.
