No confirmation mail

Hello all,
I have a problem with the confirmation mail after an order has been paid.
To sent out the confirmation e-mail i have installed the bcc plugin, but when i unpublish i only get the order created mail.
In the backend the order is confirmed, thanks in advance

Hello,

We would need more details about your email settings and what "bcc plugin" you're talking about.
Also, some details about how the payment are confirmed would help us to understand the workflow since some payment plugin could not trigger the customer email notification.

The plugin is Hikashop - Add bcc in order status notification email.
For the ideal i use the idealcheckout plugin witch i have installed on another hikashop website

Strange thing is that the attached bccplugin does send out a confirmation order mail

Hi,

I don't see why enabling or disabling that plugin would change anything for the sending of the order status notification.
What you need to check in the menu Customers>Email history. There, you'll see all the emails that are being sent by HikaShop.
So you'll be able to check whether the enabling/disabling of the plugin change something for that.

Strange, I don't know what I have changed but the confirmation mail is working correct now.

p.s. the bcc mail plugin was posted a while ago here it's handy to send out confirmation mails to more than one recipients.
