-- HikaShop version -- : 3.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 64

I have 11 products: 9 of them with prices, and 2 of them are shown but they are not available to buy for now.

When I add a normal product to cart, it comes as a variant of this "unpriced" one and the amount to pay is zero.

It happens also with protostar template, I don't have any modifications.

Hi,

I do see modifications but they probably come from your template, not yourself.
Checking the template is a good first step indeed.
Could you provide screenshots of the settings of a product with the issue and of the unpriced one so that we can get a better picture of the situation ?
Also, try the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration to check whether there is a problem with the database or not.

Hey,

I switched now to protostar to prove that the issue is not produced by template. It happens also in protostar.

I attach 3 screenshots:
1) products-prices.jpg - you can see that all published products that are buyable have prices
2) checkout.jpg - you can see that after a product is added to a cart, it loses the price and the title of the product is modified
3) product-unpublished.jpg - you can see that I unpublished one product, whose title appears in screenshot 3

I can give you access to my Joomla, if that will be helpful

Thanks

Hi,

The problem is that you had products which had their product_parent_id not empty.
But a main product is not supposed to have that. Only variants should have that.
Because of that, the system was not able to properly handle these products.
Sometimes they were treated as products and sometimes as variants, leading to these strange behaviors.
I used a mass action on your website to empty the product_parent_id for the main products and it works fine now.

Thank you, now it's OK. But it's strange, because I didn't set any parent_id for any product, every product was addes via backend.
