Error 1064 at checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7
-- PHP version -- : 7.0

Hello,

after updating to latest version of hikashop, i sometimes get this error when i click on finish at the chekcout page:



Another issue is that if i have a product with quantity 1 and i purchase that product, hikashop updates its quantity to unlimited instead of 0.

Please do that change in order to get the MySQL query for that error message:

That will help us better understand what is going on.

Regarding the quantity issue, could you provide a screenshot of the settings of that product ?
Could you also provide a screenshot of the System>Order statuses menu and of the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration so that we can get a better understanding of the situation ?

So what about the MySQL query for your first problem ?

Also, could you tell us how you configured the "Update the product stock on confirmed status" setting of the HikaShop configuration ?
And for the products, do they ave characteristics ? did you set the quantity in the main product or the variants ?

Hi,

the option "Update the product stock on confirmed status" is set to No.
The products do not have characteristics.
The error shows up only when the order is created by guest user, if you sign up or login there is no error.
I tested it with the same product.
Could you please take a look?

Please understand that we need that query in order to understand the situation.
And having that query means that you turn the Joomla debug mode so you can have more details about the error, including the full query and the call stack.

Hi,

In order to get the MySQL query, there is a change that needs to be done in one of the files of Joomla. This can only be done via FTP :

A backend access won't allow us to do it so please do it and the look at the error message again, it should provide the MySQL query causing the issue which is crutial in understanding the problem you have.

Hi,

I've searched in HikaShop, HikaMarket and Hikserial and I can't find such MySQL query.
So this must come from a plugin, either third party, or custom.
I would recommend to disable the plugins of the group "hikashop" and "system" via the Joomla plugins manager one by one and test each time in order to find the culprit. If you've developed your own plugins or added 3rd party plugins, I would start with them.
