The site had been working great until about 3-4 days ago. Now we are unable to complete and order. Clicking the "send order" button simply refreshes the cart page and brings you to the top of the order.

Hello,

Can you give us more information about the issue you are having but also about how you configured your :
- Product dimensions/weight
- USPS shipping method

So that we can have more information about it and reproduce it on our end ? Thank you.

I am attaching the config screenshots. I blanked out the USPS ID and the post code. They are both present in the actual config.

I am amazed at how often asking the right question solves the problem. The client had entered zero weights on some of their products. For some reason the post office cares about how much something weighs before presenting rates </s>.

Hello,

Yes, shipping plugins needs the dimension and weight details of the products to get a quote from the shipping API.
