Recaptcha2 error

Hi,

I had setup recaptcha2 successfully and it seemed to be working great. However, all of a sudden I get the following message?

Fixed by host:

It appears that "allow_url_fopen" was not enabled for this domain. We have enabled these options at this time through cPanel using MultiPHP INI Editor. We confirmed this setting has been applied by navigating to the phpinfo page that was already located in this directory.
