My own created plug-in fail to execute on my official site

Hi,
I created a HikaShop plugin followed by www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...#onBeforeOrderCreate

This plugin can Successfully be executed on my local developing site, but when
uploaded to the my official site and published, it seems never be executed. Could you tell me what could be the problem.
