Prices can not be saved in product-variants

Hi,

I cant save prices in the backend anymore.

I add for example 100 euro: prntscr.com/f2dw88

after i hit OK: prntscr.com/f2dwgc

After I hit save: prntscr.com/f2dwlf

What am I doing wrong?

Please indicate your HikaShop build number.

And please do not provide any kind of credentials publicly in the forum.
I edit that message ; I just delete the other one but I won't do it for every messages ; and our team can't be responsible if you're hacked because you gave your credentials publicly in our forum.

sorry this is my first post, where should I give you the information? I did not see any obvious field for this.

My version is HikaShop Business 3.0.1 [1704281519]

I got the price issue fixed (needed to add price and price with taxes) thanks

Since you deleted my other post (why delete the whole post btw and not only the login-information?) I will try to get help here:

In the front-end the cart is not working properly. After I hit add to cart button the cart is still empty. What is the issue?

Hello,

Sorry, Nicolas forgot to mentioned how it works.
You need to use the "contact us" form in order to contact privately the support team.
In ordre to give private information related to a forum thread, you have to give the URL (link) for the corresponding forum thread.

The usage of private message does not allow our support team to provide efficient support.

About the information you gave when you created the thread ; unfortunately, because it was your very first post it needed to be approve by a moderator and our ticket system cannot save the extra information you fill.
But it is just an issue with the very first post (which allow us to avoid spam).

The add to cart not working on your website comes from how you configured your AdminTools:

You need to add "ajax" to that setting:
