Hello, Where, and how can I insert a class to make the font family the same for all the site side hikashop component?

Hi,

That's something the template you're using is supposed to do.
HikaShop's CSS doesn't set any font family itself and thus the text displayed by HikaShop uses the font family of your Joomla template.
