error plugin userpoints

i am use alpha point
and setting plugin hikashop user point

1. i add point in user on alpha point = 500 point
2. but i am can buy item for point

i donl't know
why show status of point
if user plugin user point hikahop
and setting Specific configuration

[Points mode = alpha point ] it's no werk = that show > You don't have points.
and if
[Points mode = hikashop point ] it 's werk = that show > You have 9 points.
You can earn 26 points with this order
