Alignment of multiple dropdown filters

Hi,

I have multiple dropdown filters above a categorie and it looks like the last filter is always moved down 1 line because of an extra <br> in the code.
Could not find if it was me who did this and where or if it's something in Hikashop.
Any tips on how to get the filters to show in 1 row again ?
Added a screenshot to make it clear what I'm looking at.

Thanks,
Nico

Hi,
You'll probably be able to fix it by using some CSS , but if you need more information, can you show me a link to the page where you are having that issue so that I can directly check it ?
Thanks.

Hi Mohamed,

The site is not accessible from the internet, that's the issue.
But maybe the code screenshot from Firebug can give you enough info.

Let me know if it does not help.

Nico

change the title position front top or bottom to e.g. LEFT
that did the trick with me.

Kind regards,
Cornel

As I told you, using some CSS code will probably do the job, but I won't be able to give you more information without a direct access to that page.

Hi Mohamed,

I understand what you said, but I'll have to wait until the site is public before I'm able to show this to you.
For now it seems to occur only to a certain categorie that is on a second level in the menu.
This will be tested some more to see if this is always the matter and I will post back with my findings when I have a site with this issue that is available to see for everyone.

Thanks for the response.

Hi,

Now the site is live I can show what's my problem.
In Firefox the filters are not aligned.
For example this page : www.lavette.nl/tork-webshop/dispensers/handdoek-dispensers

It looks like there is a linebreak that's causing this. But correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for all tips to make this align again.

Nico

Hi,

It's not aligned because the given space is to low for this kind of content.
You have to change the number of columns in your filter options.

Hi Xavier,

Thanks for the response.
I'm afraid that I do not completely understand what you mean by "not enough space".
This because I only have 2 filters applied to this categorie and in my opinion there is enough room for these 2 filters.
For example on this page : https://www.lavette.nl/tork-webshop/handdoekjes there are also 2 filters applied, but they are nicely aligned alongside each other.

Changing the value of "number of columns" to 2 on both the filters in the options still puts one filter lower than the other.

One thing that is different from all the other categories is that this one is a sub-categorie (but maybe this is irrelevant).

Hi,

In Configuration > Features > Filters, thanks to set the option "Number of columns" to "2" and in Display > Filters edit your filters in order to set the numbe of columns to "1".

If that didn't solve the problem so you potentially have to do some CSS adjustments.
For example reduce the percentage of the columns widths.

Here is documentation for the CSS:
hikashop.com/support/support/documentati...ize-the-display.html

I don't think that being in a sub-category is the origin of the issue. Or if it is, it's because other css properties are used.
