hikashop filters not working on category page

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.18
-- PHP version -- : 5.2
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox

The filters at the top of my page do not have any effect on the products returned on the page. The screenshots show the settings i have for the menu item and the hikashop filter module itself. Can you see what im doing wrong as its really frustrating me...
