Filter not displaying selection

There, there is only the left filters module and no filters on the main body.
So I'm not sure what you're talking about.

In the "menu" setting of your filter module, you need to enter the id of a products listing menu item which lists all of your products and you need to have the "force redirect" setting turned on.
HikaShop creates by default such product listing menu item in the "HikaShop default menus" of the Joomla menu manager. It is called "Products listing". So just get its id from there.

From what I can see, you entered the id 1013 in that menu setting.
However, if I open the link to that menu item, I don't see any products:
www.grilladestorino.com/tce/site/index.p...&Itemid=1013&lang=en
So the system has nothing to filter since it doesn't display any product by default.
As I said in my previous message,

you need to enter the id of a products listing menu item which lists all of your products

. Since that's not the case, it's normal that it doesn't work.

So basically, there is a problem with the settings of that menu item with the id 1013.
Please provide a screenshot of the settings of the "products listing" tab of that menu item so that we can tell you what is the problem with its settings if you can't find out what setting is wrong there.
