How do we use the Latest Product Modules to display products that were recently edited or modified?

We would like the display to be the same on all pages and display all products that have been modified or created recently.

We have tried using this module but the results are different and inconsistent.

Several products were updated and the Linux timestamp for "modified" was updated correctly. Yet, the products did not appear in the module display.

Can you provide instructions as to the proper configuration and operation of this module?

Thank you.

Hi,

Edit the module via the joomla modules manager and go in the HikaShop options tab. There, you'll see all the settings to configure the display of the products.
Among them, you'll have the "ordering column" and "ordering direction" settings which allows you to select on which field the ordering of the products will be based and the direction of the ordering.
Other settings can potentially influentiate that too like the "random" option which can make the products displayed randomly ordered.

If you want to learn more about menu and modules display of HikaShop categories and products you can read more about all that here:

Thank you for the assistance.

The configuration has been sorted and the product display within the module is now correct.

Again, appreciation for the responses to this and several other support questions.

Regards.
