Hi there!!
We are using Hikashop filter module in a module position in our listings and one of our filters is a Hikashop Category filter.

The problem is that we want to show a category tree with all our product categories and subcategories but if we set the category filter configuration to "All Products" category, it only shows main categories. If we leave the module configured as the attached screenshot, it shows some other weird categories like "shipped" and so on... (see screenshot) How can we get a proper category tree in our module?

Thanks!!

Carlos

Hi,

A filter cannot support a tree structure. It can only display the sub elements of one category. So you won't be able to achieve what you want with that.
However, what you're supposed to do in that case is use a category tree listing module.
The HikaShop content module can display a tree of 2 levels of categories as you can see on our demo website left sidebar:
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/
So you could use that.
And if you want more than 2 levels of categories, you can use an extension like this one:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/skyline-...ordion-for-hikashop/
