Filter is not working, when I clicked on it, it returned to home page.

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.35

Hi, I have problems on filter the product.

When I clicked on filter, It revert to home page ( *homepage tab but show something totally different from homapage.)

Filter set on "Submit on Click" > YES and "Deletable filter" >YES.

When click on any of the filter categories, it return to www.sample.com/index.php/en/component/hikashop/?Itemid=150

What is the problem?

Hello,

You are using a module to display your filters, right ?
So you should take a look at that module configuration to check what is the targeted menu.
If the menu is not valid ; Joomla will redirect the user to the homepage.

Hi, yes. Im using hikashop filtering module.
I tried to check on the module but I don't see any option for targeted menu.
Attached screenshot for filter module configuration.
When I clicked at any option on filter, It still lead me to home page (showing products categories).

Hi Jerome.

I have another problem now.

I realized for every option in filter, The first values are not filtering any products.



The red arrow, when I clicked on it, all products is showed. The rest of the values working correctly.
Only the first value of every field.

May I know what I missed out?

Hi,

I suppose that the issue is because you use "0" as the value of the first element of your custom field.
0 is loosely interpreted by PHP and sometimes it causes behaviors that are not expected.
I would recommend to not use 0 as value in your custom fields and it will probably prevent that problem.
