Filter price cursor

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.35

Hi, I have created a price cursor on filter. But it is not working when I try to filter the price for products.

Did I missed out something?



Is Hikashop possible to have this price filter option too? That u can fill in the price and filter.


Any clues on these?

Hi,

It's probably due to the fact that your products have variants. I suppose that you didn't configure any prices in the main products, only in the variants.
In that case, select "product_sort_price" instead "price" in the "apply on" setting of your filter.

There is no setting to have input fields for the price.

I would like to ask is that possible I enable Filter button for price only but the rest maintain submit on click?

Currently I disable the filter button and set submit on click to YES.

You would have to enable the filter button and disable the submit on click for the cursor filter in that case.

Hi Nicolas,

I have other question regarding filter.

I would like to have a filter like this. (I'm migrating from VM to Hika)




Currently I have this page. When I go to products.



After I click on filter option > Duvets, what I have is a total mess.



Do you know what am I missing here? Also my submenu is missing.

For sort by option, what is the step to set up as when I try to sort the product> product name, It show no product found.
Same to product price ascending.

Hi,

Regarding the filters on the top of the listing, you want to turn off the filters display setting of your menu item. That way, the filters will only be displayed with HikaShop filters modules.
Regarding the menu, I don't know how you configured it, but something must be wrong with its settings. It's probably that you restricted it to only some menu items and you didn't include the menu item used for the display of the results of the filters.

Regarding the sorting, make sure that the menu item id setting of the module displaying the filter contains the id of a menu item configured to display all the products (like you must have done for the module on the side).
