Hello,

You have a javascript issue in your page

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'mouse' of undefined
    at jquery.ui.sortable.min.js?e903fd2f823402c60d5884c4f16265ee:17
    at jquery.ui.sortable.min.js?e903fd2f823402c60d5884c4f16265ee:17
I can't tell you why you have that JS error in the page but the file is a Joomla core file and HikaShop is using its own jquery-ui file since we had some compatibility issues (and some missing jquery ui features).

Hello,

Would it be possible that you have customization or special plugin installed ?
Because in the page source, I can see

<input type="submit" id="hikashop_filter_button_hikashop_category_information_menu_141" class="hikabtn" on-click="document.getElementById('hikashop_filtered_hikashop_category_information_menu_141').value='1';document.forms['hikashop_filter_form_hikashop_category_information_menu_141'].submit(); return false;" value="فيلتر" />
Where the event should be " onclick " and not " on-click ".

Since I can see 3 "on-click" on the page and there is still some "onclick" on HikaShop content ; it more looks like a customization with a typo.
