image import failure

Hi Hikashop,
what am i doing wrong with my import - i seem to get everything except the images into hikashop via csv

i have checked that the images exist in the folder - and they do
I have tried using different folders but still seem to get the error

i have been able to inser images manually by product but not bulk csv

what am i doing wrong?
