-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Unknown column 'rstg.tax_group_name' in 'field list'

hey

When I want to make an import from redshop i got this fail

Unknown column 'rstg.tax_group_name' in 'field list'

I have created the tax on the site

Hi,

This is a column which is supposed to be in the table redshop_tax_group of redshop. Could you check in your phpmyadmin for the structure of that table and provide a screenshot of it ?
Could you also provide your version of redshop ?

Hi,

Thanks. The table structure indeed changed.
I've added a patch for that on our end.
Download the install package on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the patch. Then, you can run again the import.

In the archive it's :

back/helpers/import/reds.php
Once installed, it's the file
administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/import/reds.php

Hi,

It seems many things changed in the structure of the tables of RedShop since last time we tested the import.
Could you provide an export of the structure of the RedShop tables done through your phpmyadmin ?
