No naa after start / onset on email

When customers receive an e-mail, they will not receive an name after there start header.

Needs to be: Dear mr Johnson,

The problem is probably coming from your translation file , you should probably check and edit the "HI_CUSTOMER" translation word.

Could you please tell me exactly what to do, because I found the translation, but don't know what to do. Thanks

Are you using a guest checkout in your website ?
Does the HikaShop account for the order have a "name" ?

It's probably because the user checked out as a guest and thus didn't provide any user name, only an address (where there is a name but that's for the address, not for the user).
In that case, if you want to use the address name as user name, you'll have to change the code:

Note that with the new email system, that modification would have to be done in the files media/com_hikashop/mail/order_status_notification.preload.php and media/com_hikashop/mail/order_creation_notification.preload.php
