1. I have submitted FTP access information so you can debug the issue.

2. I replaced the code, but it caused errors with displaying the custom fields so I backed out the change. See attached.

Hi,

1. I can connect to the FTP server but it seems that the user/password you provided is incorrect:
take.ms/m3w6D
Could you please double check ?

2. Try with that line instead:
echo '<p>'.implode('<br/>',$this->str_split_unicode(strip_tags($fieldsClass->getFieldName($field).': '.$fieldsClass->show($field,$product->$namekey)),50)).'</p>';

Hi,

Sorry for the delay
Well, it's the same as before. We're still not able to connect to your FTP with the same error message.
Could you maybe setup a file manager like extplorer so that we could edit the files directly on the website backend ?
It will avoid all that back and forth.

I have submitted an email with backend (FTP) login information. Let me know if this still does not work for you. I can connect successfully with it.

Hi,

Thank you. We were finally able to connect and debug the situation. The problem actually didn't come from the PDF invoice plugin but from the fields class in HikaShop. We've added a patch to the 2.6.4 and applied the patch on your website.

This issue has reared its ugly head again since updating to 3.2.1. Invoices are not displaying all custom fields. I see a note regarding custom field updates in 3.2.2 and the updated PDF invoice plugin. Will this fix my issue?

Please advise.

Hi,

With HikaShop 3.x the display options of custom fields have changed to be more fine grained.
So first, you need to make sure that the display settings of your custom fields are correct (you can save them once just to make sure that the settings are correct in the database).
Then, since the settings evolved, it also required changes in all the views displaying them.
Did you update the PDF invoice plugin as well ? If you didn't and only updated HikaShop, it's no wonder it doesn't work properly.
Also, if you have made an override of the PDF invoice file, you'll have to redo your PDF invoice override with the new version or you won't see the custom fields.

Updating to HikaShop 3.2.2 won't help with your problem.

I updated the plugin, set the new custom fields' corresponding invoice display settings, and re-added all overrides and styling to the PDF Invoice.

Looks like I'm good to go. Thank you.
