Hi,

Can you activate the "debug mode" and "error reporting" settings of the Joomla configuration and try again ?
That should display an error message with more information on the issue so please provide it.
If not, then please look in the php error log of your server for the fatal error message corresponding to that issue so that we can better understand the situation.

Also, the version number you've provided doesn't exist.
So either you're using HikaShop 2.6.2 (and not the 3.6.2) and you might want to update HikaShop to the latest version to fix that issue; or you're using already the latest version of HikaShop, but you want to turn off the "checkout legacy" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to use the new checkout system of HikaShop, which can hopefully help fix that issue.

I have the latest stable version of HikaShop Business: 3.2.1.
228/5000
I have activated both "debug mode" and "error reporting", but the error page after order confirmation is always the one for which I sent the screenshot. I've also turned off legacy Checkout but the result is always lost.

If I can send you an account privately to be able to personally verify the problem I would be grateful to you.

Thanks

Hi,

A backend access won't help.
As I said, please look in the php error log of your server for the fatal error message corresponding to that issue so that we can better understand the situation.
Also, I didn't understand what you mean by "I've also turned off legacy Checkout but the result is always lost". Could you precise what you mean ?

Hi,

thanks for your patience.

The following is the only error message in log php.error.log

[28-Nov-2017 10:56:54 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/xx/xxxxx/htdocs/xxxx/xxxx/libraries/joomla/database/driver.php on line 1900
[28-Nov-2017 10:56:54 Europe/Berlin] PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in /homepages/xx/xxxx/htdocs/xxxx/xxxx/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/helper.php on line 1980

"but you want to turn off the "checkout legacy" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to use the new checkout system of HikaShop, which can hopefully help fix that issue."

I followed your advice, but without getting any positive results.

Thanks

Hi,

While these are messages from PHP that are logged, they are not linked to your issue.
You should normally have an error message starting with the text "fatal error" for your issue in the PHP error log.
Also, I didn't understand what you mean by "I've also turned off legacy Checkout but the result is always lost". Could you precise what you mean ?

Hi,

The issue comes from your custom field with the column name "1".
It's not possible to have a column name starting with a number. That will break as variables cannot start with a number in PHP.
You're supposed to have a normal name like "message" or "customermessage" for example, not "1".
We'll add a check to forbid such column names in the future.
Please recreate your custom field with a column name not starting with a number and it will work.
