Incapable of Returning to the Product List Shown as All Categories Originally

Hello! We have a list of products those are categorized. It is fine as we click the specific categories; however, as we click all categories after clicking any categories, the "all categories" button almost always fails to be clickable (as a cursor hovers onto it) as to return to the original list that displays all product as per how we want. It succeeds as we open in new page via the option inside a right-click. Does it bother to tell us what problem(s) we are in face of? Your solution(s) are appreciative!
