No variation product options

Hello,

We need to include product options/accessories specific to individual product variants. Is there a way to do this?

Hello,

You must first create a characteristic with a value for each color via the Characteristics menu (Products->Characteristics). Then, add the characteristic to your product (See the Specifications chapter, here).


In order to have variants, you must have a characteristic first.

I just wanted to follow up on whether this was possible. We have individual product options/accessories for each of certain variants and would like to pair them as such. Also, with the options feature in general, it has been giving us lots of fits. As you can see in the attachment, the info button that comes with it has been duplicated, with one overlapping the other. This results in a flashing image when you hover over the info button.

We would also like the options in each bar to say the part number rather than "Add 1" when selected, and the size of each box to be large enough to display all the text, as only the top half is currently showing.

Hi,

It's not possible to limit options to specific variants of the product.
That's something we want to allow in the future but it will first require a complete overhaul of the product page so that it can handle differently the characteristics.

Regarding the issues with the options on your website, we would need a link to that product page so that we could analyse the situation.
