Error when attempting upgrade from HK Business 2.6.0 to 3.2.2

Duplicate entry '1-1-Products-*' for key 'idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language'

I receive the following error when attempting to update my software:

Warning
Duplicate entry '1-1-Products-*' for key 'idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language'

After the failure, Hikashop is no longer available on the Components menu. If I attempt to re-install rather than update, the menu item returns but the old software version remains.

Hi,

There is no index named "idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language" in HikaShop.
I suppose that the index was added by someone.
On which page (URL ?) do you get that warning ?

Try this:
rename the folders administrator/components/components and components/com_hikashop via FTP, install the install package of the latest version, and then, in the HikaShop configuration, click on the "check database" button.
