Migration possible with starter

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.1.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.528

Hi, I have a pretty customized Joomla 2.5 page with Hikashop 2.1.3 , that needs to be migrated to Joomla 3.x. But I don't know, if I get it to work at all.
So, is it possible to use the starter version of Hika for the Migration process first - without loosing data. ( All customization has only been made in the html template files)

Hi,

Yes. You won't loose data. However, you'll loose all the features of the Essential edition you had on your old website until you upgrade on the new website. At that point, you'll get back the features of the Essential edition (or Business if you decide to upgrade to the Business) and you'll get them back the way you had set them up on the old website.
