Hikashop Checkout Workflow Crash after update to business 3.4

-- HikaShop version -- : business 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : joomla 3.7.5

Hi,

Our checkout workflow crashed after update to business 3.4.0. attached is the screen shot. It is still like tat after we cleared cache. please advise how to fix this.

Hello,

Can you :
- Activate the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that you can see if it display an error message which will help you to understand from what your issue is coming.

Hi, attached is screen shot after i open debug mode, din saw any obvious error message except language file parse error from others plugin.

Hello,

Can you please check what is the CSS you're using for the HikaShop backend ?
The new checkout workflow is using new CSS rules and if you do have a customized version of it, you could see the editor correctly.
You need to use the "default" one and be sure that it is up to date (and also refresh your browser cache just in case).

Hi, we didn't touch anything on the backend css rule, and we also tried to view it in incognito mode, it is still showing weird layout like this. please advise is there any others reason that might cause this?

Hi, i can send by contact form but your contact form don't have attachment field?

i uploaded the images to our server and sended the link from the contact form.

Looking at the issue, I would have the same thinking as Jerome:

However, your screenshots and your answer indicate that it's neither a configuration not a cache issue.
So I don't see what it could be.
We'll need to look at the issue directly on your website.

Hi,

If you open the files in the folder media/com_hikashop/css/ you can see that they are all of the version 3.2.0 of HikaShop.
So they were not updated when you updated your HikaShop.
This usually is caused by permissions.
rename that folder media/com_hikashop/css to something else via FTP and install again the install package of the 3.4.0 that you can get in the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website. That, way it will add back these CSS files in their latest version and the checkout workflow editor will then work properly.
