Category listings stopped displaying products - Web Store totally DOWN !!!

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.10

All of a sudden all our category listing pages have disappeared. I don't believe anyone has done anything to change settings. The last thing done to the site was updating to the latest Joomla Version. Could you please look at this and let us know why this happened and how to fix it ASAP?!?!
