v4.0.1 Update Has Broken Registration During Checkout

Users can no longer register during checkout after the v4.0.1 update.
Yes, cleared cache.
No, not using any SEF program.

If you Fill out the information for Registration then hit REGISTER, the system says you have not filled out the form properly (see screenshot).
But if you instead hit the NEXT button it will take you to the next screen then BACK to LOGIN again.
If you try to Login it says that you do not have an account...
CANNOT GET AROUND THIS in checkout -- users can REGISTER before checking out, that is working fine.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. There is indeed an issue with you have the "same for shipping" checkbox checked as it still tries to check for the shipping address fields "required" setting even though they are not used.
I've added a patch for that so that the shipping address fields are completely ignored in such case.

You can download again the install package on our website and install it on yours to get the patch.
