Table Product List View not showing custom Field Value

HI

For the table list view a custom field value for some reason doesn't show.

Please see this div based product list view:

www.rwcrawford.co.uk/current-stock/product/listing

Please navigate to the product "Knight Trailed Sprayer " and notice the custom field value "Warrant" is "No"

Please see this view of the same category:

www.rwcrawford.co.uk/list-view/product/listing

Please navigate to the same product and notice Warranty is blank?

I have attached menu settings and custom field settings.

Hi,

The table layout do support custom product fields being displayed.
So I'm thinking it might be because of a view override based on an old version of HikaShop that you don't see it.
Check if you have the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/listing_table.php
If you do, rename it, and it should display fine.

Hi,

That file does not have an override and turning the overrides off doesn't fix the issue.

I have tried downloading the latest and re-installing.

Any other suggestions please?

Hello,

Your custom field has two values :
1 - Yes
2 - No

As the graphic show, you do not have any product with the "2 - No", but you have some with the value "0" which is not an existing value for your field.
That's why, you have that "0" display in the product listing (first link) : pasteboard.co/HRGV0jU.png
And that's also why you have a blank display in the table listing ; since the table listing do not display the raw value like the div listing.
But if you configure your custom field and products with existing values ; the display will be fine.
