Additional information of custom fields not added in e-mails

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.14

Hi,

I have two custom fields (advanced date picker and text field - order table) added to my shop. Unfortunately is the info the customer has entered not added in the confirmation email to myself and to the client. On the image you can see my preferences of the fields. What do I need to change to get the info in the emails?

So Mohammed, what was the fix? I have the same problem, but can't download the latest version because I have to upgrade first. Since the update needs time to alter before I can use it, the investment is not the right choice now. But I have paid for this business edition (3.2) So I would also like to know what the fix for this problem is.

Hello,

The patch was submitted in February 2017 and you're using HikaShop 3.2.0 which has been release in Septembre 2017.
So your version already do have the patch.

PS : The first message contains an HikaShop version number which do not exist. But I suppose it was 2.6.0 and not 3.6.0

Hi,

We have two fields a date picker and a select field, both show up in emails of the hikashop, but we also use hikamarket but the date picker field is not showing up in the hikamarket email to vendor. Please help.
I have updated both hikashop to newest version and the hikamarket to the latest version.
But now i get this error:
0 - Call to private method hikamarketOrderClass::getVendorIdFromOrderProducts() from context 'hikashopMailClass'

Hello,

Can you please activate temporally "debug mode" in your Joomla global configuration ?
It will allow you to have the full "call stack" of the error, with the indication of the file where the problem is.
The function getVendorIdFromOrderProducts is indeed a private function and is just used in the HikaMarket order class.

I have activated the "debug mode" but when i continue in the shop to pay for the order i get the error:
0 - Call to private method hikamarketOrderClass::getVendorIdFromOrderProducts() from context 'hikashopMailClass'
And debug mode will not show anything..

Joomla is version: 3.10.10
Hikashop Business version:4.6.1
Hikamarket Multivendor version: 4.1.0

Hello,

Please open a new thread for that issue.
We will need details regarding your email overrides, it might be related to some code in an email which is trying to use a private method of the HikaMarket order class.

The debug mode should allow you to get more details regarding your issue ; but some templates do not display it.
You should find various forum thread talking about how retrieve the PHP call stack in Joomla.
