Order status is not changing to "cancelled"

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.38

Hi,

I have noticed a bug in one of my Hikashop sites. The order status is not changing to "cancelled" when clicking "cancel and return to seller" in the Paypal redirect. The order status remains "Created". This does not happen in my other Hikashop sites.

In the paypal method specific configuration I have:

Invalid status: cancelled
Pending status: pending
Verified status: Confirmed

What could I have done wrong in this site?

Hi,

The order status changes to the first ( in time, not in the rows of the listing) status you enabled in the column "cancelled" of the System>Order statuses menu.

The first enabled column is "cancelled" - please see attached.

Is there something else?

Hi,

Please deactivate all the statuses in that column. Then, activate "cancelled" first and then "refunded" to make sure that it is the first.
Also, make sure that the "created" status is activated in the "cancellable" column so as to authorize the customer to cancel orders with the "created" order status. Otherwise, it won't do the change.

So we thought that the problem was solved.

If you still have a problem, can you provide again a screenshot of the Order statuses listing now that you've modified them ?
