PDF Download Link not showing on order details page

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.4

Hello, I'm using a starter version of Hikashop, after payments, I don't receive the download link in my email, I only get a link to my order details which does not come with a link to the file as shown in the image attacked.

Kindly help, Thanks in advance, willing to share logins with support team.

Hi,

Is the order status changed to confirmed ?
If not, then the issue is with the payment notification:

If yes, then the issue is with the way you configured the order statuses in the menu System>Order statuses for the "download" column. Make sure that the "confimed" status is enabled there.

Ok, but if you want us to help you further, we would need that you tell us what you checked.
Are the orders been confirmed ?
If no, did you follow the procedure explained in the link I gave ? What did you get in the access log ? In the payment log ? how is your payment configured ? etc
If yes, how are your order statuses configured ?

Thanks for the response, yes I have confirmed the order manually in the back end and the file is now showing in the front end,

One more question, is there a way for orders to get automatically confirmed when the payment is made?

Hello,

That task is done by the payment plugin(s) you have configured.
For each plugin, you have a "verified status" which will be used to update the order when the payment confirmation is received.

Also, supposing that you're using PayPal, we have a documentation specifically for that issue with PayPal:

If you follow the instructions there, you should be able to find out why the orders are not confirmed automatically.
