Confirmed email doesn't work properly

Hi,

I have removed customisation from emails however, confirmed emails look like below:


Hi %s,

ORDER_BEGIN_MESSAGE
Summary of your order
CUSTOMFIELD_NAME
Products name Price Quantity PRODUCT_TOTAL


I have tried copying the same contents of the email from a fresh install into the confirmed email but still the same issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not sure how you got there.
I would recommend to try this:
Go in the menu System>Emails, and click on the trash icon under the "remove ... customization" columns for the email for which you have a problem.
That will automatically revert to the default email of HikaShop and it should then display properly.
Also, make sure that you have the "send HTML" setting activated for the email.

Hi,

Can you provide:
- a screenshot of the System>Emails page
- a screenshot of the settings of the email settings when you open it through the System>Emails page
- a screenshot of the data of the result email when you open it through the Customers>Email history menu
- a screenshot of the settings of the Email section of the HikaShop configuration
That should help us better understand the situation and provide a solution adapted.

Hi,

Can you try to switch the tempalte to the default one ?
If that doesn't help, could you try installing the HikaShop Business 4.0.0 install package from our website again on your website ? That should overwrite the email files and hopefully fix the problem.
