HI
I am setting up pay by bank transfer option
I have set the plugin to "pending" on completion.

The transaction shows up as pending in hikashop backend - all good

Is there any way to send out an email to the admin for only "pending" orders ? (not the created email alert)

Hi,

You can disable the "created email alert" by disabling the "order admin notification" email.
When the order status is changed to pending and supposing that you've configured the payment method to send a notification with the "Order status notification" setting, the customer will get a notification email for that pending status.
You can then add your email address in the BCC field of the "order status notification" email via the menu System>Emails to get a copy of that email sent to you.
