Amazon payment error

I'm not sure if this is an Amazon thing or a Hikashop thing. I'm trying to set up Amazon payments. After some back and forth with Amazon, I was able to log into Amazon and select a payment method. When I clicked to pay it hung up on a long url (Below). It looked like it was trying to redirect back to my site but it looks like my credit card wasn't billed and the confirmation was not sent back to my site.

where xxx are long strings of letters and numbers.

What do you have on that page ? A totally blank page ?
In that case, turn on the debug mode and error reporting options of the joomla configuration and try again.
Do you now get an error ?

Does it take a lot of time for the blank page to finish displaying (mouse wheel spinning for half a minute or so) ?

I had tried to use Amazon payments a few months ago but gave up because it didn't work for me. I tried getting help from Amazon but they are not helpful. I have not had any trouble getting other gateways to work.

I decided to try Amazon again. It still doesn't work.

It sends me to Amazon where I can log in, select the credit card, click next, and then it tries to bounce me back to my site but I just get a white screen. The order status in hikashop remains 'created'

Any suggestions?

Hello,
Can you please :
- Check that the debug mode option is ON through your Amazon payment configuration page
- Test it again
- Show me your Payment log file content.

You'll be able to check your payment log file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main" by using the "See the report" button of your Payment log file option.

Thank you, here is the error message : InvalidSignatureThe request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided
But firstly, can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again so that we can be sure that your are using the last Hikashop version ?
Thanks.

Hello,
1. Did you tried it with a production environment ?

2. Did you :
- Check that the debug mode option is ON through your Amazon payment configuration page
- Test it again
- Check your Payment log file content.

Ok,
Can you give me a temporary access to your website so that I can directly test it on your website on the "Sandbox" environment ?
Thanks.

1. I didn't because I didn't want run a live transaction on my credit card before I had everything tested in sandbox mode.
2. I did that and can confirm the exact same error results that zipadyduda posted.

Error Message: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided

How do I do that without posting login info on the forum?

Were you able to resolve this issue for zipadyduda?

If so, is there a fix I can implement or do I need to provide temporary access to my site as well?

Hello,
I just tested it with the "Environment" option of your Amazon payment method to "Use sandbox" and I'm having a "Caller Input Exception: Caller does not have a FPS Caller Account" Error message.
Note that I can't test it on production mode, the best solution will probably be to directly contact Amazon about that error message.
