-- HikaShop version -- : business

Hi,
I'm having a nightmare with Worldpay,

Installation ID correct
Admin Code correct
Merchant Code correct
MAC Secret  - they advised me to create one in the worldpay installation manager and copy it across which I have done.

XML Order URL: secure.worldpay.com/jsp/merchant/xml/paymentService.jsp

Error
ERROR -> Merchant code/password error.

also:
in the worldpay installation manager, it has a drop down for shopping carts "Store-builder used" and hikashop is not in the list, am I missing something ?

any help appreciated

Hi,

www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...t-worldpay-form.html

Please be sure that you did not add some extra spaces in the fields.

Hi,

The plugin is correct and working.
The URL you pasted is for another API of WorldPay.
The URL to use with this plugin is either secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase or secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase
So make sure that you're using the correct one. Then, if you still have the error with the merchant code/password being refused, you'll have to contact the WorldPay support to check on that with them.

Hi,

The URL secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase is the default one in the URL field of the plugin when you set it up, so it's not possible that you didn't see it yet.

And the error "String could not be parsed as XML" is not possible either as the payment gateway API used for the WorldPay plugin doesn't use XML but a HTML POST.
Are you sure that you have the correct URL ?

Also, did you follow the different links of the WorldPay plugin documentation ?

Hi nicolas,

nope, my default URL was https://MERCHANTCODE:password@secure-test.worldpay.com/jsp/merchant/xml/paymentService.jsp
not - secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase

ok ! I see the problem here, I am using Woldpay Global Gateway, not Worldpay Business Gateway, I will install business and try that
thanks
