Error introduced after update to Ubuntu 16.04 and PHP 7

Work through www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/106-faq.html#paym , but everything seems correct. Any clue anyone?

HIKA shop has functioned very satisfying during 2 years. After an upgrade on the server to Ubuntu 16.04 and PHP7 the payment method does not show anymore, and error is presented when going towards check out, see attached screen shot..

No error messages in apache error.logs

I use the NETS plugin for payment, but also tried to install PAYPAL but same error appears, PAYPAL is not available as method

Since it was your very first post in our forum, unfortunately we lost the information you filled regarding your HikaShop version.
Would it be possible to know which version you're using ?

Did you try with a simple payment method such as "collect on delivery" ? Can you give us more details about your configuration (as Mohamed asked) ?

I also verified that HikaShop collect on delivery payment plugin and HikaShop Paypal payment plugin functions well, so it seems like NETS (Bankaxept) is broken some way.

Hi,

The NETS payment plugin requires the SOAP extension to be available on your PHP. Please contact your hosting provider for help on adding that.
We'll add an error message in such cases so that others will be able to easily understand why it's not showing up.

Thanks Nicolas, that solved it!

In Ubuntu 16.04

sudo apt-get install php7.0-soap
sudo systemctl restart apache2.service

#NETS #Bankaxept
