Looks like DPM is going away in little less than a year.
developer.authorize.net/api/upgrade_guide/

And all other methods currently available in the HIkaShop are all depreciated.

DPM is replaced by a much better option of Accept.js.
developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/acceptjs.html

Will we be getting this any time soon in the HikaShop Authorize.Net payment?
Most payment providers are doing to something like this for a while now as it solves a lot of PCI issues.

Hello,

I saw that Authorize.NET API support recurring which is compatible with HikaSubscription.
The Authorize.NET plugin available in HikaShop won't be removed since it is still working and some other payment platform are using the same interface.
But we will propose another plugin for that new API and its new features.

Hello,

Just a little news on the project.
I created a first working version of the "Authorize JS" plugin ; that plugin will require the future HikaShop version to work so it would be publish after that next release.
In the mean time, I will continue the investigation on "API" and "Hosted" versions.

The accept.js method is probably the best for small businesses as it should take the ominousness of PCI compliance of the site.

Hello,

Please note that "accept.js" requires the SSL in your website too.
The javascript refuses to activate if you do not have SSL in the page.

Thanks to Let's Encrypt, that shouldn't be a problem for anyone any more I'd hope.

Hello,

I can release the plugin but I did not performed all the tests that I usually do.
The plugin is working on a regular workflow, it also handle errors but I know that it will not work with the legacy checkout.

that means, you will be releasing a beta version?

probabbly that will be good for testing, but for production website, maybe is better to wait for stable release. Any time frame yet?

There will be no beta.
And like every plugin or components ; it is best to test it before sending it into production.
Even if I made hundred of tests, I just have a sandbox account and I cannot test for the thousands configurations combinations used by websites made with HikaShop.
