Payments not being processed

-- PHP version -- : 7.3.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrom (Mac) 70.0.3538.102
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The SagePay payment plugin requires the PHP extension "mcrypt"

Hi,

Getting the message:

"The SagePay payment plugin requires the PHP extension "mcrypt" to be installed an activated on your server. Please contact your hosting company to set it up."

...after a recent update of Hikashop 3.5.1 to 4.01.

Can you advise please.

Hello,

I'm afraid that your issue is not related to the HikaShop update but to your PHP upgrade.
Please activate the mcrypt module in your PHP configuration.

Hi Jerome,

Thanks for the advice, we can stay with PHP 7.032 for a while.
Can you tell me when the SagePay plugin will be upgraded to be compatible with PHP 7.3?

Hello,

If you're talking about PHP 7.2 (7.3 is still in release candidate) ; the SagePay plugin received an update end of last month.
You can download the latest version of the plugin via your Order to get it.
