elements on checkout pages

Could the <tr> in the checkout payment / shipping / address views be changed to:

<tr class="row0">....</tr><tr class="row1">....</tr><tr class="row0">....</tr>... etc ...
This is already implemented in the product rows.

In the situation this has been asked for already have custom views so provided a custom implementation there, but it could be useful to have this as part of the generic views.
