Why a custom feild for product can't be displayed?

-- url of the page with the problem -- : winstorm.cn/hikashop223/index.php/produc.../product/1-product-1
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.19

I have added a custom feild for product on the back-end:
Label: Product Option 1
Table: product
Column name: product_option1
It has been restriced to Category 1 only. All products belong to Category 1.
But Product Option 1 can't be displayed on any product page or checkout pages on the front-end.

I don't know the reason.

Could you please give me some suggestions?

by the way, Category custom feilds don't work as well.
Custom feilds for Item and Order work well.

Have you enabled the option to display it on the frontend ?
Do you have sub categories in this "Category 1", if yes, thanks to enable the option to display the custom field in sub categories.
