Product and category gone after upgrade

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.7

Upgraded to hikashop 2.3.5 and now product and category display is all gone

Please advise and help ASAP - our shop is EMPTY !!!!

Gone through the manual setup of category and product listning, but nothing shows.

Hi,

Please give us more information.
Do you still have the data in backend ?
Have you installed another component ?
How did you configure the products listing menu under the menu Display>Content menus ? Could you provide a screenshot ?
Do you have the "activate smaller URLs" option turned on in the HikaShop configuration ?

Shop was working just fine.
All data (product,categories, serial) is there (products connected to hika serial)
Product and Category listing is set as pr instructions in the documentation.
But nothing shows - module category dont show anything either

No other installs - just upgrading to 2.3.5

NB. Let me know, if you want backend acces, and where to send info, if you want access.

How did you configure the products listing menu under the menu Display>Content menus ? Could you provide a screenshot ?
Do you have the "activate smaller URLs" option turned on in the HikaShop configuration ? Did you try changing it ?

Hi Nicolas
I`m trying to, I wrote that settings is exatly as pr your documnetation, so thats quicker than spending time taking a screenshoot and sendt it.
"activate smaller URLs" is ON, (tried off - no difference).
We have be at it for nearly 24 hours now - deleting all menu setting and tried to rebuild, but NOTHING.


If we didnt have a lot of customers binded up on dl areas for things, they have purchased, we would have uninstalled it all and moved to another component, but for now we are stock, until we deside what to do.

As earlier - its a LIVE shop, with customers depended on that its working, so we have to find a solution soon.

Hi,

The issue didn't come from the HikaShop upgrade but from custom CSS code added in the Joomla template on the website which was hidding the main content area of listings.
So I doubt that you have the same issue. Check the option "activate smaller URLs" of the HikaShop configuration as explained in that thread. If that doesn't help, please provide a link to the page with the issue and a screenshot of the options page of the menu item that you can find when you edit it via the menu Display>Content menus.
I requested that information previously here as it is the best way to find the issue.
