add one free product on the cart

Hi,
i need to add one specific product automatically and free on the cart.
But this is only if you have a minimum amount order.
For example when you set an order over 30 Euro the Hikashop system add automatically the free product on the cart.
Is it possible? How?

There is actually no option to do that but it's possible to "auto load" a coupon with the value of your "free product" on your checkout if the order price is higher than 30€ .

I know this way. By this way the user have to put manually the product that will be discounted by the auto loaded coupon. Also there would be the problem that the system of hikashop loads only one coupon at a time. I have a lot of user that have a fixed discount always. So by the way you said they lost the discount.
Anyway, i hope you are going to put that feature on your to do list.

On a similar vein...

Order 5, get a 6th product (same) free
Have 2 lines on the order.
One with the original 5 items ordered.
Second with the free item (quantity cannot be changed).

If customer changes the number of items ordered the number of free items changes accordingly.

Is something like this on your todo list / anyone done something like this?
Spotted a potential need so asking question before rushing off with my own plugin!

Suggested approach - driven by plugin which would look for products in a '1 free with 5' category. Once setup products can easily be added to / removed from that category as required.
