-- url of the page with the problem -- : craven-equipment.co.uk

Hello,

When ever I upload / drag & drop an image into a product it shows it as uploading the image however it then doesn't appear in the images window and also will not show when I save it.

I have set permissions of images/com_hikashop/upload and media/com_hikashop/upload to 775, 755 or 777. None of which helps.

I have tried small jpgs, large png no change.
I have managed to upload pictures using ftp and then set images when I import pictures but not if I do it from the product window in the back end.

This is only for the products where as the categories are working perfectly,

Many thanks
Iain

Hi,

Could it have something to do with the image you're using there which would have a problem ?
If not, could you provide a backend access so that we would have a look at the problem ?

Hi,

I've added several images I have on my end to the product "Carrier arm BSA A65 1963-65 See notes":
craven-equipment.co.uk/index.php/fixture...carrier-centre-plate
As you can see, it worked just fine. I've tried with small and big images, jpg and png files. All of them worked.
So I'm not able to reproduce the problem (and I used Chrome too for my tests).

Hello Nicolas

Thanks for that and sorry for wasting your time, it must be my computer.

Cheers
