Admin tools blocks Hikashop's infinity scroll

Hello,
I have Admin tools (ver 4.3.1) installed together with Hikashop cart component.
Hikashop's latest version has included infinite scroll as an alternative way to list products items.
But with admin tools enabled this feature is not working and it produces the following error:

Error message: 403 This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the components' options {RESCUEINFO]

So, I submitted a ticket to Admin tools' support and this is their answer:

"We had discussed this issue with Nicolas of HikaShop in April 2017. The problem is that he was doing AJAX requests using tmpl=ajax (or something like that) and a hard die in his code instead of just using format=raw and exiting the application gracefully. Have you update HikaShop? If you have, please contact HikaShop and aks them to finally fix this issue that was first reported to them in March 2017. I would say that a small change like that -which solves an architectural shortcoming in their software- needs far less than 9 months to be applied."

Hi,

While we indeed discussed this 9 months ago, it was about the cart system and checkout system.
And as you can see, the cart and checkout systems have been modified so that they don't break with AdminTools.
You're the first one reporting the issue with the infinite scroll system.
We've added a fix for it. You can download again the install package on our website and install it on yours to get the patch.
Alternatively, you can also configure AdminTools to allow "ajax" for that tmpl parameter as it has a setting for that.

Indeed the infinity scroll worked after reinstalled Hikashop's latest version.
The weird is that I had already the latest version.

Hi,

Well, we've added the patch after reading your message.
We've directly added it to the current release package without doing a new release as it's a minor patch that most people won't need.
We're planning a new version next week which will also contain the patch.

Hi Nicolas,

I'm getting this same problem on most layouts (e.g. ces-hire.com/shop/tools/cutting-tools ).
I have updated to latest Hikashop version but still getting the same issue. Can you suggest a solution?

Hello,

Are you sure that you do not have a view override for the product listing which can force you to use the old content/url ?

Hi,

I have restored the template "listing_img_title" to default and am still getting the same problem. If I turn off 'Infinite Scroll' the problem stops.

Hi,

It's not listing_img_title but 'listing_div'.
Please remove the override for that view file.
