Hi Hika Team

I could do with some help here:

www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...hikashop-config.html

Item Box configuration

Item box border

Set the border of each item box on listings:

• No : No borders around each one
• Yes : Adds a border class to each item with the corresponding CSS in the frontend CSS of HikaShop to add by default a 1px black border.
• Thumbnail : Add the Bootstrap thumbnail class to each item to get the thumbnail border of Boostrap

To the best of my knowledge I have activated this but awn still seeing no border.

Not sure if this is relavant but i have the Styles pack!?!

Am I missing something/kindly advise!

Paul

Hello,

After have proceed some test, you're right, so thanks for your return !
We correct it in our frontend.css file !

Now I will help you to correct on your side this issue, and as it's an oversight on our part, I will provide the required code :
Insert this in your default frontend css :

.hikashop_categories_listing_main  .hikashop_subcontainer.hikashop_subcontainer_border,
.hikashop_category_information   .hikashop_subcontainer.hikashop_subcontainer_border {
	border: 1px solid #ddd;
	padding: 5px;
}

Note : See this tutorial to see how to proceed.

Best regards

Hello,

Here, the context is different we are on the product page and no more on Item Menu, and so the only difference I see among your links is that the description is bordered and on the other isn't.

We will check something in your configuration, can you provide a screenshot like this one ?
- In Main HikaShop Configuration => Display tab => Product options part

- Can you provide a screenshot of one of your product page configuration with issue ?
Be sure, to make the complete page screenshot.

I wonder if you have create some custom (or override) on your Product page ?
Awaiting news from you.

Regards

Hi Philip

My bad. :blink:

Your second screen shot was enough to let me know what my mistake was.

Setting Display to Tabular gives me the result that I want = the box shows up.

i.e.

www.finalbug.net/store-final-cut-pro-x-t...px-media-foundations

On the product configuration page was set to Display to: Tabular

Whilst on the other 3 product pages it was set to: Default

I have now set Display to: Tabular on all 4 product pages.

www.finalbug.net/store-final-cut-pro-x-t...fcpx-browser-mastery
www.finalbug.net/store-final-cut-pro-x-t...x-project-gymnastics
www.finalbug.net/store-final-cut-pro-x-t...x-polished-finishing

And the box now shows up every where...

Sorry again I should have seen this myself.

And thank you for your patience.

best

Paul
